For the 2025 conference in San Antonio, the stakes were high: deliver clear communication around company-wide initiatives, create space for strategic vendor engagement, and provide forward-looking inspiration in the face of a rapidly evolving global business environment.

Solution
Fusion partnered closely with the client to manage the complexities of the 1,000-person conference, including full-scale logistics, communications, production, supplier coordination, and onsite execution. A thoughtfully integrated give-back component reinforced out client’s values, while a dynamic guest speaker delivered a timely and resonant message that struck the right chord with the audience.
To cap off the week, attendees enjoyed a Texas-sized experience with an exclusive private rodeo, a nod to the region’s culture, and a high-energy way to celebrate the team. The expansive meeting space and centralized location made it the ideal venue for such a multifaceted program.
