Challenge
Our client hosts an annual event known as “Workshop” designed to bring together corporate leaders and franchisees for a collaborative exchange of insights, strategies, and support. The Workshop, held in Nashville, came at a pivotal time, with the brand navigating rapid industry shifts and aiming to reinforce alignment across the network.
The challenge was to create a high-impact, high-energy event that balanced meaningful content with strong engagement, all while strengthening the franchisee-corporate partnership that powers the client’s ecosystem.

Solution
The Workshop spanned three dynamic days at the JW Marriott in downtown Nashville, chosen for its upscale accommodations, walkable location, and ideal meeting space. The agenda was designed to balance strategic content with opportunities for connection, kicking off with a high-energy general session followed by multiple breakout tracks tailored to different roles and focus areas within the franchise system.
Fusion worked closely with the client’s corporate team to manage all aspects of planning and execution, ensuring smooth coordination across content development, production, logistics, vendor management, and attendee communications.
The event also featured a well-attended vendor fair, allowing franchisees to connect directly with key partners, and several networking moments designed to strengthen relationships within the client’s community. The content, venue, and experiences all came together to deliver a Workshop that was as productive as it was energizing.

Results
The annual Workshop saw an increase in attendance over the prior year, with franchisees showing up in force to engage, learn, and connect. Feedback from participants was overwhelmingly positive, with post-event surveys highlighting both the quality of the content and the overall experience.
Many attendees specifically asked when they could return to Nashville for a future Workshop, an indicator not only of satisfaction, but of the event’s lasting impact on franchisee engagement and brand alignment.
