Challenge
The client was seeking a unique and memorable way to celebrate and host their top performers and channel partner principles. The goal was to drive growth and strengthen relationships among independent distributors. These business owners and decision makers operate with freedom in what they choose to promote and sell, which makes it critical to provide meaningful incentives to keep the client’s brand top of mind. The objective? Direct distributor attention toward key performance goals and recognize those who achieved results.
The challenge was to craft an incentive program powerful enough to drive behavior, boost sales, and build lasting loyalty to the brand. The assignment was to create an incentive experience so custom it would be referenced timelessly.

Solution
Our Channel & Loyalty Solutions team worked seamlessly with the client to develop and communicate qualification requirements. Through custom technology and tailored communications, attendees were informed and inspired to achieve sales goals.
Top performers and valued partners traveled to a setting unlike any other in Lake Como. The travel incentive included bucket list opportunities to immerse attendees in the Italian culture from learning to make homemade pasta in a century old bakery, to painting en plein air like the masters.
The team cultivated surprise and delight moments, like transferring attendees to dinner in sleek wooden boats ala George Clooney and enjoying surprise performances from a soprano opera singer between courses at an intimate dinner.

In the 8th year of the program for this automotive client, Fusion delivered a top-tier experience from solution ideation through onsite execution. Beginning with the Channel & Loyalty Solutions team and operating with our Incentive Travel team, the design was in the details, and attendees shared rave reviews about the experience.
One custom Incentive program, 6 countries experienced, 11 states visited at the time of the Incentive Travel award in Lake Como, Italy.
