Challenge
The client was seeking a partner to design and execute a custom incentive program for the inaugural Champions Club, culminating in a trip for 40 qualifiers and their guests to Puerto Rico. The solution needed to include technology, communications, and a mix of rewards that would motivate and inspire the audience of Service Center Managers.
Solution
A custom-branded website served as the centerpiece of the program, providing participants with program information and motivation throughout the qualification period. The solution was designed with flexibility in mind, allowing criteria to be adjusted as business goals evolved, while ensuring clear and consistent communication that kept participants engaged.
To celebrate success, qualifiers were rewarded with an incentive trip to the Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve in Puerto Rico. The experience was carefully curated to blend luxury with authentic local culture. Attendees participated in a sophisticated rum tasting that showcased Puerto Rico’s signature spirit, along with adventurous excursions including ATV rides through lush landscapes, a catamaran snorkel sail, and a breathtaking kayak tour in the Bioluminescent Bay.

By energizing Service Center Managers with clear monthly and annual service metrics, the client's scoring system created a transparent path from ambition to achievement.
