Challenge
The expectations were high for a multi-day event that delivered meaningful networking, top-tier education, and relevant exhibitors. With expected attendance over 5,000, highlights included a keynote speaker, award ceremony, give-back opportunity, and a custom booth that would leave attendees talking. The Fusion team was tasked with turning the town into a brand experience.

Solution
To support the rapid growth of one of the client’s largest annual events, the team implemented methodical planning processes designed to streamline the attendee experience and enhance overall impact. A digitalized registration and check-in system was introduced, providing efficiency, reducing wait times, and keeping attendees informed from start to finish. Onsite staff and event support were scaled accordingly, ensuring flawless execution for what became the second-largest event in more than a decade.
The program was elevated with experiences that went far beyond logistics. A themed party brought the energy of Park City’s ski scene directly to the Salt Lake City Convention Center, creating an unforgettable atmosphere that attendees raved about. Elevated gifting, including a custom hat bar, offered personalized keepsakes that further enhanced the sense of connection and exclusivity.

Results
Results were evident across the tradeshow floor. The team successfully planned and executed the largest host booth to date, while also managing the exceptional growth of exhibitor participation. The combination of strategic planning, creative experiences, and operational excellence ensured not only a seamless event but one that delivered lasting impressions and measurable value for both attendees and partners.
