Fusion collaborated with Valvoline to develop a robust, performance-based incentive program, driving business growth through Channel Partners.

The goal? Motivate Channel Partner Sales Reps to deliver incremental business in the form of new account sales.

How We Did It

Fusion leveraged its scalable rewards platform to create a brand new program:

  • Fusion wanted to understand the target audience - conducted in-house focus groups, working directly with Channel Partner Sales Representatives and Valvoline Territory Business Managers
  • Developed program name, logo and branding
  • Established an Elite Status within program, Redline Performers, to reward and recognize those that delivered maximum results
  • Partnered with Dale Earnhardt Jr. to generate program excitement at launch and beyond
  • Hosted program training webinars and online instructional videos for key players
  • Created a custom Visa Reward Card for all participants

  • Leaderboards for top performing Sales Reps
  • Easy online sales claim submittal process
  • Online claim tracking and earnings report
  • Redline Performer Point tracking gauge
  • Featured Valvoline products

Fusion continues to operate and maintain REV UP - creating a long-term space for Valvoline to work with Channel Partners.
